These Terms & Conditions govern your registration and participation in workshops offered by David Salo / ThroughLine Institute LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By completing your registration and payment, you agree to these terms:
1. Workshop Registration & Payment
Registration: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Your payment confirmation serves as your registration confirmation.
Investment: Workshop fee as stated at checkout.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Systeme.io.
Access: Workshop access link will be emailed to you within 24 hours prior to the event.
2. Refund Policy
Full refund available if you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop date.
No refunds within 7 days of the workshop date.
No refunds after the workshop has begun or for no-shows.

3. Recording & Privacy
Recording Notice: All workshops are recorded, including participant questions, comments, and audio contributions.
Your Consent: By participating verbally in the workshop, you consent to being included in the recording.
Privacy Protection:
Recordings are shared only with registered participants and are not made public.
If you prefer not to be recorded, use the Zoom chat function to submit questions.
Recording Access:
Recording will be provided within 7 days after the workshop.
Access is available for 30 days from delivery date.
Download option is provided for offline viewing during the access period.
4. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, materials, and recordings are proprietary to ThroughLine Institute LLC and are provided for your personal use only. You may not:
Share, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any workshop content or materials.
Record the workshop yourself or distribute recordings to others.
Use workshop content for commercial purposes.
5. Technical Requirements
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and compatible device to access the workshop.
Zoom: You are responsible for having Zoom installed and tested prior to workshop start.
No Refunds for Technical Issues: Technical issues on your end do not qualify for refunds.
6. Educational Disclaimer
Nature of Content: This workshop is educational in nature and provides general information and strategies.
Not Professional Advice: Workshop content does not constitute professional coaching, therapy, legal, financial, or medical advice.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for your own implementation and application of workshop concepts.
Results May Vary: Individual results depend on effort, circumstances, and other factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees or warranties regarding workshop outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for registration. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from workshop participation.
8. Code of Conduct
Expected Behavior: Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the instructor and other participants.
Consequences: Disruptive behavior, discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
9. Changes to Workshop
We reserve the right to modify the workshop date, time, or format with reasonable notice. If we cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
